In its infinite wisdom and special interest focus, the U.S. Congress was persuaded by Industrial Food companies to declare frozen pizza is a vegetable so it may be served to American school children. It enables the industry to reap large profits at the expense or our children's health. One in five children are now designated obese.
While Congress has issues bills and legislation for various special interest corporations and individuals, perhaps this is one of the most insane and ludicrous issues in quite some time.
We're told that the reason the pizza qualifies as a vegetable is that it has tomato sauce on it. You can't make this stuff up people.
