A Nation More Divided...

It’s time Californians and ultra-libbies grow-up!  We don’t need more national disunity and chaos.  Americans must unite and choose some issues we can all agree on, say, creating more good-paying full time jobs and more affordable health care with significant coverage...not the current bare minimum with high premiums and highest-ever yearly deductibles.

Seems doubtful this will ever happen since extremism has conquered the US.  Illegal immigrants are still ILLEGAL, yet they feel entitled to the same rights, perks and benefits as American citizens are supposed to have --- but we don’t have them either, thanks to an administration that places Americans on the back-burners.

Imagine if Hillary won and Conservatives acted as violently as the activists and rioters are doing.  The media would be ranting about it every day.

Opposing "excessives" within our society need to move more towards the center and start working together to fix our urgent issues.  It's long overdue.

Halt the invasion of Islam by stopping all refugees and illegals coming into the US.  Our leaders are inept and ignorant of what they are doing.  Soon by sheer increase of population Islamic people will take over in western countries and the jihad will be successful

Current ultra liberal policies are killing our nation..

Interesting that no Arab/Islamic nations are accepting Syrian refugees.  Saudi Arabia takes in NONE of them and the insane joke is that the UN has made Saudi Arabia the leader of its Human Rights Committee.  What a laugh.  No Islamic nation gives a hoot about human rights.

Too many illegals and other immigrants come into the US not to assimilate to our culture, but to force their culture onto American citizens.  We are supposed to cater to all their wants and needs instead of them conforming to living here as so many legal immigrants have done for generations.

Our children, grandchildren and future generations will suffer due to our folly and inability to keep America American.

Wake up, citizens!  If we don't stop it now, it will be too late.

Illegals get American driver's licenses and the right to vote...

And then there's the situation I sent you in private [email] about the North Caroline DMV that provides illegals with driver's licenses, but then also automatically provided voter registration with these license Photo ID's as well.

A growing number of states across the country, including Maryland, Utah and New Mexico, grant licenses to all qualified drivers regardless of immigration status, and many others have considered similar proposals.

Now THAT's outrageous!!!  

Illegals in our nation who "legally" drive and vote?  It's against the law!

If I was in NC or in one of the other states, I would file a lawsuit against the State and the DMV for doing this.  In fact, I believe the DOJ is filing or has filed a lawsuit against North Carolina.

Meanwhile, what happened to the rights of American citizens???

Obama, Democrats push for new immigration reform...

The big news in D.C. is that Democrats are vying for a better foothold for the 2016 national elections and pushing for new immigration reform would get them mega votes that they need to win.

Do we really need immigration reform?  or, do we need to enforce the immigration laws we have.

This is an emotional issue even more than a social and political one.  We Americans should really consider how during the past several decades immigration has affected our nation and really think what any type of new immigration reform will do in our future.

No doubt Obama is trying to leave a legacy.  He tried to do so with the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, but the new health care law has been creating havoc throughout the nation, even before the law takes effect on January 1, 2014.

As for new immigration reform:

During the past 50 years we have been lax to enforce our immigration laws.  The reasons for this are varied, including political, economic and humanitarian issues.

However, the U.S. doesn't need immigration reform.  We need better enforcement of our current immigration laws, the ones our parents, grandparents, great grandparents and great-great grandparents had to abide by.  Why should illegals get a free ride being here illegally?  Our ancestors didn't get any free passes.  They came here legally, followed the laws, learned to speak English and assimilated to American culture.  They didn't try to get Americans to assimilate to theirs.

At least that's what I believe.  How do you feel about the immigration issue?

 

Why Americans can no longer ignore illegal immigration

It is finally time the U.S. must deal expediently with illegal immigration and the many issues surrounding it. Some of the issues have become physically chaotic and financially detrimental to our way of life. The main issue with illegal immigrants is that “illegal” means illegal. It is against the law that immigrants arrive, work and live in the U.S. without first observing the laws governing immigration. Those who do not follow the laws and rules, who live and work here, are doing so illegally and it is the responsibility of our Federal Government and the various state governments to work together in resolving the various problems.
